"The first room was good size .unfortunately the shower floor was not a none slip finish within 2 seconds i had slipped bumped head and elbow .the hotel staff were brilliant as it was very late at night they took me to the hospital and picked me up .they upgraded my room to a better shower and provided bath mats .they have nurses 24 7 at the hotel and twice a day they dressed my wounds professionally. "Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "
