Ice machine was by the lobby, and one of the elevators were down, but they allowed usage of the 2 service elevators on the end of each hallway to make up for it. I was only there for 2 nights but it was comfy. The rooms were very warm but the windows open and it balanced.

Great place to stay! Some of the staff need customers service training. Housekeeping super nice staff and they made you feel at home, they went above and beyond by placing my sons blanket like if it was his bed, great job!

Everything was great, people who can speak English were very friendly. Only thing that sucked was not having a fridge in the room and walk to elevators from front entrance took 7 minutes
