"Excellent central location in Reforma. 15min walk to Centro/Chinatown. Breakfast has wonderful variety of food, Starbucks in hotel, OxxO, 7-11, pharmacy nearby as well as a great taco place across the street."

"The hotel’s location was excellent. We were able to walk in Centro and it was convenient to get back to from other parts of the city. We were given likely the worst room in the hotel: 101. It had no exterior view as claimed in the listing. The window went to an interior shaft. The room laminate floor was never cleaned. The mattress was comfortable, but over-sized for the sheets. So, the bottom sheet never stayed in place. Multiple times we were awakened after 11pm by renovations in the hotel restaurant: drills, saws and hammers. When we reached out to the front desk, they did not think it was a problem. They promised to get back to us, and never called back to the room. We were given complimentary breakfast one day. It would not have been worth the extra cost. "
