"Excellent service that is absolutely top notch. Maggie at the Rosewood Lounge made our stay impeccable and amazing. My father got sick while at the lounge in the hotel. Maggie arranged for him to be taken to the hospital. She even followed us there to translate and make sure my father was in good hands before leaving. She is like family and we owe everything to her. Fortunately, my father is fine. Thanks to the excellent treatment of the staff, and Maggie, we felt so well cared for and will 100% come back when we are in Taiwan. "This was our first time in Taipei and we absolutely loved our stay at the Taipei Garden Hotel. It was a true 5-star experience with clean spacious rooms, great views of the city, and extremely friendly & helpful staff. Whenever we would get out of the taxi, the staff greeted us by opening the doors, helped us bring in all our luggages, were very playful and attentive to our child, and helped us with additional questions. It also helped that the hotel had an onsite currency exchange as well as a spa and multiple restaurant options, although there are really great dining options nearby in the Ximending area. What stood out to me most was their choice of shampoo and conditioner - they used L’Occitane which I absolutely adored. The only thing I could possibly fault on is that the shower tiles could be cleaned a bit better, but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend. "
"The staff was professional and very helpful. As a foreigner visiting the country, I appreciated the employee's effort to support and accommodate. The facilities were clean and orderly. The hotel location was very convenient for transit and local shopping. There have been some reviews about crime in or around the hotel but I didnt experience any of that. I was able to walk around alone around midnight and didnt feel unsafe. Now, walking around at midnight may not have been a good idea but I didnt see or experience anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, my family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property and would stay there again. "
