Great location, close to the metro and bus, and surrounded by numerous local dining and shopping options. The staff was also very kind and helpful, and went out of their way to assist us. The hotel was immaculate and was directly connected to the metro station. It was conveniently located near restaurants, and we enjoyed the breakfast place near the hotel. The triple room was neat, and we were able to enjoy our family trip fully. We requested a baby bed on the day of arrival, and they provided an extra bed for us. It would be better if you could book it in advance, just in case. Our trip to Taipei was amazing thanks to this hotel!

Conveniently located above Wanhua Station. About 7mins walk to Longshan Temple MRT station. Has 7-11 and Family Mart just around the hotel. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel can be very busy with many groups so wait time for the elevators can be long. Otherwise, good place to stay if you enjoy a very local area surrounded by a local environment.

The staff was professional and very helpful. As a foreigner visiting the country, I appreciated the employee's effort to support and accommodate. The facilities were clean and orderly. The hotel location was very convenient for transit and local shopping. There have been some reviews about crime in or around the hotel but I didnt experience any of that. I was able to walk around alone around midnight and didnt feel unsafe. Now, walking around at midnight may not have been a good idea but I didnt see or experience anything that made me feel uncomfortable. Lastly, my family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property and would stay there again.

The hotel lobby was elegant and welcoming, but once we reached our floor (23rd), the experience changed. The corridor lighting was extremely dim — not only straining on the eyes but also creating an uneasy feeling, especially when walking alone. The stark contrast in ambiance between the lobby and the corridors was quite surprising. That said, the room itself was pleasant overall, with a fantastic view facing the Yangmingshan direction — definitely a highlight of our stay.

Property close to rail transport so that good. Claims to be 100% no smoking but room was obviously stinking of cigarette smoke. Daughter in another room noticed it when she came into my room. Pool users have to wear TWD100 caps! What a crock. Is the pool filter that bad? Hotel full of rude pushing and shoving face diaper wearing mainlanders. Staff helpful and friendly. They don’t publicise the 10% discount at the nearby (100m walk) FamilyMart when you show yr room card. Very dark public areas at lifts.

Super friendly staffd hotel. The location is excellent with a subway stop in the same area. One stop with take you to Taipei station where you can connect to lots of locations. A small night market and a great temple are nearby.
