"Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024. Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift. "

Colazione ottima e abbondante. torte fatte in casa, abbiamo chiesto se potevamo averne due fette da portare a casa dai bimbi e ce le hanno incartate. non penso ci sia di meglio come qualita' prezzo"

"Wij waren er met Nieuwjaar en dat kan natuurlijk een verkeerd beeld geven wat drukte betreft. Wij verbleven in het penthouse en dit was echt een heel leuke accommodatie. Helaas is er vermeld met volledig uitgeruste keuken- dus wij dachten af en toe lekker te koken maar er is helemaal niets voorzien buiten een koelkast,micro, koffiezet, waterkoker en afwasbak. Dus geen kookplaat, kommen, potten, broodrooster,….Hier hadden we niet op gerekend maar we hebben ons uiteindelijk beholpen. De bar...

"Enjoyed a lovely stay at Chalet Hotel du Bois. The rooms were warm, cosy and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good, we ate there twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink and play cards. Only used the pool/ sauna once but was very nice after a day of skiing."
