We stayed here after a 7 day Mont Blanc hike, it was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful from the time of check in til check out. They washed & dried a weeks worth of clothing, we had hot showers and a very comfortable mattress. The Aperol Spritz at happy hour in the garden was the best and breakfast the following morning was lovely. Highly recommend this property.

Property full of character and staff were helpful and friendly. Junior suite was spacious except bathroom and toilet which were very small and somewhat dated but absolutely 'good enough' and fit for purpose. Comfortable bed. Excellent location within walking distance of the cable car and railways stations, shops and restaurants. Parking immediately outside which was convenient. Breakfast buffet had plenty of variety with excellent croissants. We stayed 4 nights and very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with stay, great location and clean room, I am especially grateful for the gentleman at the front desk. I need break my 50 euros bill to pay the driver, he was unable to break but loaned me 10 euros. I was able to get the cash from the ATM in the town later and paid him back. Great stay overall.

The entire property is pristine! Staff so welcoming, breakfast buffet abundant with fresh in season fruit, breads, cheeses, meats, yogurt, pastry and even a clever way to make your own soft or hard cooked eggs! Loved the ambiance, and close to anything you want to see or do. The only downside was the parking is not on site, but that seems to be typical in the area. It was only a few minutes walk away. There was a billiard table in the common room, but only available to use for a fee which was disappointing. Otherwise we LOVED out stay & would come back!!

It is difficult for me to write this review however I feel I need to share my expedience. To me the hotel is over rated. Rooms were not clean, everything felt minimal, for example there was no shampoo available. Bed was too hard and not comfortable. Rooms were hot and there was an old fan to help address the heat. Breakfast was basic, fruits were not replaced and not eatable as they got spoiled, breakfast tables were not properly cleaned and there were crumbed left from previous guests. I feel we got no value for significant amount we paid. The staff was nice and accommodating with the exception that they would not help with luggage especially as there is no elevator and we had to carry heavy luggage ourselves. Overall big disappointment.I would not go there again.
