"The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice. I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do."

"This was hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were so polite, and the room was spacious (King Premium High Floor) by Japanese standards. Two people and 4 roller bags fit comfortably. My only complaint would be that the bed was very firm, but that’s just a personal preference. This hotel is very close to the Shibuya subway station, and we were able to get around the city very easily using this station as a base. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you’re looking for nice, clean, convenient accommodations in Tokyo."

"Room view was spectacular. Staff front desk Ito and Shino above beyond service…both also understood English language. The Yokohama Bay TOKYU great accommodation and perfect location, it’s near to shopping and restaurants. "

"Room was clean/modern. Staff were helpful. I had an early fight next morning so booked a room here,price was reasonable and they offer a free shuttle bus back to the terminal(4:20 AM) before the monorail operates enabling an on time check in."

"The hotel was impeccable, room was comfy and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even had essentials available of all sorts if you forgot something (hair tie, brush, toothpaste..). Very thoughtful establishment! Loved the E-bike rental opportunity too-it was fun! I will say the only drawback was location to Tokyo where most ventures and tourist activities were; Ubers were about 30 minute trips and train was about 60 minutes to get there. "
