"Simply fantastic on arrival Elif the receptionist lady was very polite helpful & friendly we had a great welcome Metin took our bags he was a great guy it’s because of these people I consistently stay at this hotel I’ve stayed about 10 times and I’m back October / November the team even remember my anniversary they gave us cake and wine they are an absolute brilliant team "

"The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really low quality and Im one who never has an issue with this but I had an issue with their product. The carpets had stains and crust feel and need to cahnged. The pillows were lumpy and really poor. I had 4 different sized pillows lol. The breakfast buffet was great!"
