"Friendly and helpful staff, also a plus when you were welcomed with their famous tiramisu. It has a bus stop nearby going to the old town. Overall is a great stay but the sound isolation isn’t great - also disappointed with the bath water as it appeared yellow."

"The best hotel in Istanbul for our family . Great kids amenities , great gym, very well maintained sauna and steam room, great heated pool and amazing breakfast. My kids are allergic to diary - so hotel cooked special breakfast for kids every day. Just amazing place to stay all around."

"It would have been helpful to know the outdoor swimming pool would not be open until the 1st of June. The outdoor pool was one of the primary reasons for me choosing this hotel especially since end of May in Istanbul can get quite hot."
