"AVIOD this Hotel unless its an emergency and you just need a bare minimum place to lay your head. The property is not managed very well. THe matress feels like a BED OF BRICKS with a sheet over them. The evevator seems very unsafe,the rugs in the main hallways are dirty and when you turn the AC on in the room the air smells like Mildew. I voiced my concerns with the manager Abdullah and his response was basicaly "Oh well... we'll do better next time" and he offered me some losy points which I did not accept. ONLY STAY AS A LAST RESORT! "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But I got no sleep because it sounded like they were bailing hay above my room. Doors were banged shut constantly. The room would vibrate from all the noise. I was woken up at least once every half hour for every night I was there. I would not recommend this place if you want to get a good nights sleep. "

"We have stayed at this property previously but this time was not as good as the last few times. The room was clean but the cleaning agent used left a “film” on the hard services. The bathroom sink had a smell and the overhead light in the sitting area did not work. The shower also had a loose fitting on the curtain rod. We did contact the front desk and they did make attempts to fix the issues but the sink still had a smell but the light was fixed. We asked for housekeeping but only got it once during our 2 night stay and extra toilet paper was not provided so we needed to ask the front desk for extra to be sent up. There was some garbage in the hallways when we ventured out for the day. We do like this hotel but may try and upgraded room to see if we can have a better experience."
