This was a phenomenal hotel they had done all to the pinnacle of great service breakfast was amazing front counter service was great as well everyone was very friendly sad to say i didnt get the chance to go to the pool but when i return i will experience it. The location was also very convenient great restaurants around good sight seeing. Thank you Hyatt Place for a great experience hope to enjoy your service very soon.

The location is near oakbrook mall and also a Dave n Busters, food options near the hotel or in Lombard. The hotel staff was friendly and they had good choice of snacks, breakfast was good. The only down side was the pool was small -not what’s online- and the morning after it was really dirty

The breakfeast was good. Each day it was something different to eat. The over room was clean. The air didn’t work at first but after a quick power reset it worked. The staff was real friendly. Great stay for families.

Loved what the hotel had to offer, the staff were more than welcoming and so sweet! The breakfast was beyond expectations! We were able to serve our family members who are gluten free and lactose free! My only complaint was that the pool was over crowded and the water was very cloudy I didn’t feel comfortable letting my family swim in it.
