"I stayed here for 4 nights. My room was cleaned and the bed made only one day. I was out if the room the other days too, but they never came to clean. As it is a smart hotel, you bring food and drinks in, so cleaning is even more important.
They turned off the lights the last 10 mins before checkout. So I had to brush my teeth and pack in darkness, which I thought was very rude. I hope I brought all my belongings, but I donโt know yet because I could not see"
