Front desk staff are super nice! Room was sufficient, a little bit small but still manageable (we had 3 adults). Would definitely consider staying again due to great location in Gangnam area of Seoul.

Very close to exit 3 of yeoksam station. Only 10 min walk to Gangnam station. But what i appreciated the most is how courteous and kind the front desk staff was. Except the malfunction of the thermometer in the room (it was set to a high temp and i could not turn it off), i really enjoyed the stay

The location is great coz the station is just a few minutes away. And the room was spacious but the bathroom is a bit of problem. There’s no wall between the tub and sink so the floor after shower is all wet even though I tried not to. So if there’s thin small wall between there would be perfect.

The staff at the front desk are super pleasant and helpful. General interior was fine. Lots of damage parts in my room. But. Nothing to stress about. Especially when the room was super clean

This stay was my second time and I chose tot stay 2nights this time and unlike the first time, I got a room with a tub n shower booth separate type and which was great! But at the second night, when I got back to my room, it looked like they cleaned my room but in the bathroom, like a tub was like the same as I used the night before. And they put a new amenity but I don’t think they actually cleaned the room. Just take the trash away and made a bed but I wondered whether they changed bed sheets or not. That’s how I felt. Then that made me think like the towels looked clean but they just hang? Or even the first night, they changed everything after the last guest had left? And the mirrors are not clean too. So I really like the location and the room but not sanitary wise
