"Luxury hotel in a great location. "

"Clean room. Staff is nice. Close to everything and the subway line 2 and 3. However, for an expensive hotel, i would have loved to have real coffee in the room and not those teabags. The coffee in the room was not good. The carpet needs to be replaced. "

"The Grand Hyatt Seoul has a fantastic location above Itaewon with beautiful views, and that's about all it has going for it. The service was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel in this category. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping and no one ever came. Turndown service simply doesn't exist here. For a property charging luxury rates, these are basics, not extras. Credit where it's due: a manager kindly moved me to a renovated room, which was a welcome gesture, and breakfast was decent enough. But one helpful staff member cannot make up for a hotel that seems indifferent to its guests. If you are considering the Grand Hyatt for a Seoul trip, I would strongly recommend the Four Seasons instead — comparable location in old Seoul, and they actually understand what service means."

"1人旅で3泊しましたが、温泉もそれほど混まずゆっくりできました。夜鳴きそばやロビーの無料コーヒーなどもあり快適な滞在でした。スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで完璧な日本語で案内してくれます。洗濯機が無料で使えるのもボーナスでした（乾燥機は別途有料) 一時的のようですが、空港行きバス乗り場もホテルの目の前で大変便利でした。確かに立地は坂の上にありますが、シンノンヒョン駅からホテルへの上り坂はそれほどキツく感じませんでした。オンジュ駅からのほうが下り坂で楽です。また韓国へ行く際は利用したいです。"

"For a third class hotel, one cannot fault, but as it advertises itself to be a four star, it is disappointing for clearly it is not. As long as you go without expecting four star quality you should enjoy the hotel. "
