Breakfast timing was staggered into 3 phases which can be a little restrictive for some people if you arrived slightly late so you will have lesser breakfast time. They do not seem to have the habit of giving creamer when I asked for tea with creamer. Often, I have to request again and took pretty long to be given creamer. Also they do not come with teaspoon which brings me wondering how do I stir my tea with sugar and creamer. But I made do with just using my normal big spoon. I did not request for teaspoon as they were busy so I just made do with what I have. Room cleaning was fabulous. The make up room service was good. Overall, it was a good stay. But with the pricing and reputation, I was expecting better amenities like indoor playground for children can be more fancy.

We had an amazing 11-night stay at Sofitel Seoul. The staff were warm and welcoming every day, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Leo Kwon, who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute requests. His sincerity and dedication made our stay truly memorable, and we are extremely grateful.
