Highly recommend the hotel, location - the space was awesome for a family of 4! Laundry available, separate sleeping area's, an eating area, living room area, etc. All great. Walkable to Han river, walkable to subway, walkable to great food. Loved this location and spot. Would stay again!

The room was huge and got everything you wanted for a stay. Since we could get a reservation for one night, we didn’t get to use what they offered but it would have been nice if we didn’t. We went here to check the senior town also but they didn’t offer showings.

It's a spacious suit. It is so comfortable to stay and convenient location for shopping and restaurants. The breakfast is good. Specially, I like the laundry machine in suit. It helps traveling easy. I enjoyed the spa.

This was a very clean and spacious room in which I could relax and have my own space away from Metropolitan business. It's located just near and above Lotte department store and Starcity mall. You can meet all your daily necessities there. I liked being among the locals and observing their activities, while back in the room I could enjoy my privacy. The only thing that bothered me a bit was constant horn-like sounds that kept going 24 hours a day. The hotel staff couldn't give me a good answer. I would have liked to investigate if I was not leaving so soon. In any case I could forget if I wasn't paying attention to it. The hotel staff was very professional. Real residents of the tower were nice too.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and homely, and the hotel location was just a short distance a way from the subway station—prime location! I love that the eMart was just 1 floor below the lobby, there were 3 cafes connected to the hotel, and the breakfast buffet style was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay. Clean room, albeit dated but did not deter our stay in any way. Staff was kind and spoke English. We utilized the in-room washer and dryer (bring your own pods). The room was huge. We had a separate bedroom with a queen and a twin sized bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It’s close to both the green and olive green lines. 15 minutes by subway to lotte world.
