"This was our first international trip and the hotel was recommended by a friend who recently stayed at the hotel earlier this year. The front staff was very nice and provided helpful tips to us. Mando spoke English which was a plus and he was really helpful and made our trip very pleasant. The train station is less than 5 mins walk, very close to restaurants and convenience store. Our room was perfect for a family of 4! Thank you for making our stay very joyable. "

"Very convenient and safe location. It’s 5 extra minutes of walk than some other hotels. But in exchange you get to stay in quiet place with family size room including washer/dryer in your room. Beds are super comfortable and staff is very helpful."
"I am planning a trip back, and I will be staying here. This hotel was beautiful and had excellent amenities. My stay was a 10/10, and I'm so excited to return."
"Elegant hotel with lovely breakfasts and very helpful staff. I used the laundry machines once and they were reasonably priced and available (no cut-throat competition from other guests, as I've seen at other hotels in Japan). Nearby Ueno subway station is handy but also huge, so just remember: exit no.3 is your friend if you're staying at the Nohga!

"We chose this hotel for its prime location and modern design, the actual stay was an absolute satisfaction. The room is so well maintained , especially the divided bathroom of toilet and shower. Spacious wash sink is a huge plus too. You can enjoy the vibrant city life in Asakusa area within minutes of walk, food, shopping, and a nice view of Sumida river. Hotel staff speak and other languages equally well."
