The staff were extremely helpful both beforehand (prompt and detailed messages regarding how to reach there, our dietary needs, etc.) and during our stay. We are vegetarian and they went above and beyond in making our meals special. I honestly don’t even know how to describe how delicious and carefully prepared and served both the dinner and breakfast were. The location is stunning and the Onsen was wonderful. A stay we will never forget!"
