"Visité Hyatt Vivid en Playa del Carmen la semana pasada con mis cuatro hermanas, y no pudo haber sido una mejor experiencia. Desde el primer momento, el servicio marcó la diferencia. Todo el personal, desde housekeeping, bellboys, recepción, hasta el equipo de restaurantes y bares, fue excepcional. La atención constante y cálida hizo que nuestra experiencia como hermanas fuera algo que recordaremos siempre. Elegí el hotel principalmente por su ubicación frente al mar, más que por el concepto todo incluido. Sin embargo, fue una grata sorpresa: la calidad de los alimentos, la variedad de opciones y las bebidas estuvieron a la altura, sin dejarnos deseando nada más. "I had a lovely room, it is a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed every minute there. The staff are wonderful. I enjoyed Spas services, I had two excursions booked through the hotel. I had a blasin at the cenote and parasailing. Every evening there was different show. I loved the Mescian show, why do they call it "Other services" it should be called fabulous seriveces. I would go back there in a minute."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Catalonia Royal Tulum. What truly makes this resort special is the staff — every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it made all the difference in our experience. One of our favorite parts was the jungle pathway that winds through the property. Walking to breakfast or the beach each day felt like a little adventure — spotting coatis, iguanas, and other wildlife along the way was such a unique and magical touch. It really sets this resort apart from others. The beach is absolutely gorgeous — soft white sand, beautiful turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. It’s exactly what you picture when you think of a Caribbean escape. The facilities were consistently clean and very comfortable. Our room was well-maintained, the common areas were spotless, and everything felt well cared for. If you’re looking for a relaxed adults-only getaway with incredible staff, a stunning beach, and a beautiful natural setting, this is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely return."
