"We absolutely loved our stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms! Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality at every restaurant we tried. The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the property. We also really appreciated the internal transportation—it made getting around the resort easy and convenient. The bell staff and overall service were outstanding. Overall, everything was just amazing. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort!"

"This was our second d stay. We got married here 2 years ago. We were already staying here in Mexico so decided to celebrate our 2nd anniversary with an overnight stay. The hotel, staff and food were excellent. We enjoyed revisiting the hotel. Hopefully we will celebrate another anniversary here!"

"Decently nice property. Low rating is due to the food. It was terrible. The food was worse than school cafeteria food. The steak at the Italian restaurant was like a Salisbury steak with the consistency of heavy jello. We had to upgrade the premier dining options to access halfway edible food. Drinks were fine, and the staff was friendly with good service. At over $600 per night, I expect decent food. "

"We had a great time and would definitely go again. The rooms were large and clean. House keeping came everyday and did a great job, our fridge was well stocked and we would leave and drink requests on a note with a tip for when they restocked daily. All the staff were very nice throughout the resort. The buffet's were good and had a wide variety, and the restaurants were all very good. The beach is Rocky but as long as you bring water shoes you'll be fine, it was worth it for the snorkeling. "

"Resort offers so many activity options, best part. Food was good, but not getting any reservations was not. Rooms were exactly what we thought for a less expensive option. Check in was rough and way longer than it needed to be."

"The resort is located about an hour from Cancun airport. We dealt with Lomas Hospitality in booking. They are fntstic..on top of everything at the resort including your transportation. Resort staff is amazing…very friendly and beyond helpful. The room at the Suites side was very roomy and comfortable. We thought the swim up room would be fun but honestly we rarely used it. We were on second floor . The pool is directly below all the rooms. This is a PARTY pool. Loud music and games . It made it hard to sit on your balcony and enjoy the afternoon. The music etc was usually over by 5 or so but was really a problem for us. We were able to find a quieter part of the resort at another pool area which was great. There is little beach and the sargassum is thick,thick. They do their best on trying to clear it out but is an endless job. The smell can be quite strong at times. The restaurants are good and the bars pour a good drink. There are a couple of restaurants that do not sell wine by the glass…only bottles at a very high price. Found that to be odd. Sun and pools were wonderful. The Palms side of resort is quieter with most rooms not having ocean view. Enjoy!"
