"Unfortunately our stay started from the very bad service from the Spidy Shuttle, they took 2 hours to get us to the hotel. It was not our first time here and we know it should be an hour or so but not 2 hours. They raised prices high enough to give better service. The hotel was very nice, good service, great stuff, room was clean and spacious."

"Resort was beautiful. Well kept, clean, quiet and great place to relax. One thing we did not see in other reviews is that the water is full of rays, with some being sting rays. Made us a bit nervous to swim, but the water was beautiful "

"Always is a good time to stay there and enjoy all the beautiful landscapes, endless pool the bar and the excellent service, also you can visit three more Barcelo's around in the property and walk all along in the property to exercise or just to enjoy the sea. The gym there is huge, the food is excellent. The only thing I didn't like is the rocks in the beach you have to wear water shoes. This is my four time that I stay there, three times in " Barcelo riviera Maya and one Barcelo Maya Colonial. Exellent Hotels "
