"We traveled to DF with 2 young children (6 and 2). This place is perfect if you want enough room for children and a fully stocked and functioning kitchen. The balcony with a great city view was a plus! The location of the hotel is great, within reasonable walking distance to family friendly restaurants and venues of interest (e.g. Parque España and Bosque de Chapultepec). The staff were tremendously helpful. The only critique was that the access code did not work for our door initially. However, this was remedied by the front desk staff. Also, the shower could have been cleaner I would not say it was dirty but it was also not cleaned to the level seen in the rest of the unit, which was very clean. For those with young kids or family, this location is perfect and the facilities and rooms are a great deal!"
