I like the location, which is safe, walkable, and close to dining and shopping options while still quiet at night. It is also not too far from 2 metro stations, making public transport a nice option for travel destinations. The room, including the bathroom, although on the small side, was clean & nicely furnished with essential items The staff are nice, helpful, respectful, friendly, and trustworthy. Special kudos to Mariana at front desk, and the person/s who serviced our room(201) for the entire week we stayed. We would stay there again, if we go back to Mexico City.

I stayed at Hotel Marti (Vos Condesa) for three nights in April while visiting museums, parks, the markets and other cultural sites with a friend in Mexico City. Our room was clean, comfortable and had every amenity we needed and the hotel was located near a variety of good (and affordable) restaurants, govt buildings, metro stations and had eco bikes right across the street.

I would HIGHLY reccomend this property! Not only are the hotel/ rooms affordable, clean, and in the best location, but they also inlcude bluetooth speakers in the room, air conditioning (which is essential durring the warm months in CDMX), free parking, and a light breakfast for guests. I genuinely couldnt reccomend this hotel enough! The only thing I would note is that when I tried reaching out to the hotel ahead of time via WhatApp (both call & text), I never got a response. However, while at the hotel, the staff and front desk people were helpful and kind.

The hotel is under renovation it's impossible to work remotely, there is simply too much noise. To say the room is small is an understatement. I was taking a shower and one of the construction workers appeared on my window. The shower mat had black mold. The hotel staff didn't resolved anything, they didn't even apologized for the inconveniences. I had to move to another hotel.

Asked for quiet room, they put us next to a house keeping closet with a slamming door. Second night people partying in a room directly next to ours until 3am. Staff barely tried to keep them quiet. Pillows thick. Pack of dogs in neighbor house barking all morning.
