"I enjoyed my 9 nights at the hotel. Unfortunately,the air conditioner leaked all the time and I had to put down towels to absorb the water since I nearly slipped and fell twice. A technician came several times and was unable to definitively fix the problem but I was never offered the possibility of changing rooms. I deal with the situation but feel they could have done a better job of fixing the situation on some way. "

"I was with my brother & we had 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen ( no kettle) but there was a Nespresso machine but only 4 small coffee pods. Be better if they could provide more podas each day or sell them to us. Living room & TV & nice leafy views of trees outside. Noisy on occasions from garbage trucks etc. V conveniently located & an 8 min walk to Polanquito where all the good restaurants are. I would def stay here again. "
