"Absolute bargain, superb room we weee in 17 we had drinks and food at the bar great value for money good standard of food. The staff were very very helpful all youngsters with great customer service skills. We had an issue with our bathroom light out of hours and we immediately were offered solutions to make our stay a happy one. We used this hotel as part of a longer break for the location only, so we only wanted an inexpensive bed for the night. We got this and so much more. A great find with a lovely balcony looking out over lots of British garden birds and baby bunnies FABULOUS!!!"

"This room was so much better than we expected from a bar hotel. The room was spotless, recently upgraded and modernized, and had tons of choices for coffee and tea. The staff was very nice and friendly. Parking was easy and very close to the door. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Our room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It was clean and also had 2 x easy chairs. The ensuite was was also sizeable. With a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. WiFi reception was good. Range of cooked breakfast was good and the food was excellent. Continental breakfast items were also available. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. We would stay again."

"Staff were helpful sorting an incident when entering the room in which the tv was on the floor and disabled. They prompted to find another room straight away, no problem. "

"I wondered beforehand in view of the modest price, but they have achieved that by reducing personnel rather than quality. The whole place is automated, they send a code so you let yourself in, breakfast is modest but adequate (and there is a 'Spoons just up the street if you fancy more!). Short walk from the station, warm & comfortable, would go again if ever in Boston. I needed to leave some luggage at check out for collection later in the day, that worked perfectly, by prior arrangement, and that was the only time I ever met a member of staff."
