The photos suggested a much better-equipped space, but in reality it was almost empty. There were also no bins or any information on where to dispose of rubbish. Basic essentials were missing, such as hand wash or shower gel, and there was no warm water in either the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The toilet was exceptionally loud and...
