Western United States hotel rooms a the Las Vegas Sands

"The hotel was great, I think the new renovations will be excellent. The newly renovated rooms are nice but a little awkward"

"Staff was very rude. I couldnt get an answer. I was directed multiple places that kept sending me back and forth. The ladies near the kiosk were there but did not want to help, busy chatting. Kiosk said there was a problem with my reservation and to go to the front counter ,then the lady that stands in front of the ropes directed us back to the kiosk where it told us to go to the front counter again and we explained that to her to which she said to go back anyways and no one was there to help . The kiosk ladies were on the far corner chatting instead of helping.then one of the ladies flagged them down and said to help us and gave us really bad attitude for interrupting her conversation. Long story short we were treated horribly for our first experience/time and we will not stay here again. "

"Everything is great except for the elevators. They’re slow and some are broken down and there can be lines to get in one, trapping you on a high up floor."

"Staff was very rude and dismissive during the whole check in process and when my family and I went to ask questions. I hate to use the race card but it seemed like other guest who were non-black received nicer treatment. You have staff saying “why am I here what do you want” and staff yelling at customer. My family and I truly felt uncomfortable and if i knew this is the treatment we would be receiving I would never have chose to stay here. Planet Hollywood has people working in the hotel who are unfriendly and don’t have good customer service. My family and I had booked 5 rooms and the lady who checked us in was so rude and just looked annoyed and disgusted by having to check us in. One of the rooms had those red stains on the towel which looked like blood stains which is so unsanitary and gross because who know what could have been on that towel. If I were you I would not stay at this property unless you like people being rude to you and feeling uncomfortable. Some of my family was visiting from London and it’s sad that they had a bad experience in Vegas as their first time visiting. With everything going on in the world I would have thought the staff would be less hateful."

"Great room for the price. Was clean and well kept. Could use new outlets and fixtures as they were showing their age. It’s not new and upscale like the Wynn or Venitian, but I’m not in Vegas to hang out in a room. "

"Hotel is nice,but the rooms had no hand towels or wash rags and not all the restaurants are open everyday so very few choices to eat and its to far away from everything to walk to another restaurant and also there are tons of people constantly trying to solicit you to do a timeshare tour and last my phone in the room rang everyday at 7am one time just enough to wake me up very annoying "
