"The staff, from registration to housekeeping , were engaging and pleasant. We had dinner in the Carlsbad Village area, which is about four miles from the hotel. I was surprised that the hotel shuttle was available to take us and return to pick us up."

"From the moment we drove up to the property, we knew it was going to be a lively stay. Secure access, clean everywhere, spacious room with black out curtains. Fold out couch that actually looked comfortable. Kitchen area that was spacious and functional. Constructive feedback would be friendlier staff in the breakfast area and better breakfast quality would set this higher. Still would consider this a solid experience."
