There was anyone at the desk. I had to go looking for someone every time. We had a pizza stolen my room 406. Not that is the hotels problem. When I came down to get the pizza from door dash the front desk worker said it had been eaten before I even opened my mouth to ask if it was left at the desk. Then lied that is was delivered hours before it was. Very unprofessional and makes you feel unsafe.

The lady who cooked breakfast was amazing. It was the best breakfast we have had at a hotel! The lady who checked us in was so friendly and kind. Even the folks cleaning the rooms were very friendly and courteous when we encountered them. Excellent stay and awesome employees!!!

The only complaint I have is the comfort of the bed. I suffer from a very bad back that required surgery. The bed is too hard for my condition. I sleep on a i comfort foam mattress that also has an adjustable bed frame. So, it would be nice if the chain properties could offer something similar for those of us with bad backs. Or at least a foam medium soft mattress.
