"Recommend very clean and the best breakfast"

"The hotel is nice but we had some issues. Someone was calling consistently in the middle of the night without saying a word, just breathing. We talked to the manager and said he couldn’t do anything other than disconnect the phone. The room they gave me was old, drapes unhinged and room dusty. At check out l, I looked over my charges and agreed to them and gave them my credit card. When I got home, there was a different amount charged and other charges pending. When I called they had me send them my signed invoice and credit card statements. They sent me another invoice in which they were charging me for an extra person for breakfast and other items. I called 4 times to get this resolved. At the end, Leonardo said it had to do with the currency conversion and couldn't explain the extra charges, or the extra person for breakfast. Very disappointed. I’m working with my credit card to get this resolved."

"My stay was unfortunately impacted by several service issues. Upon arrival, the front desk was unable to locate my reservation, resulting in a delay of approximately 40 minutes before I could access a room. When I was finally given a room and entered, I discovered it had not been properly serviced—the bed was unmade and there were dirty towels left in the bathroom sink. After contacting the front desk, I was relocated; however, the replacement room was of noticeably lower quality than what I had originally reserved. Additionally, on my second night, I left the “cleaning requested” sign on my door. When I returned late that evening, around 10:00 p.m., housekeeping was only then arriving to service the room, which was not ideal. Overall, while I had hoped for a more comfortable and seamless experience, these issues significantly affected my stay."

"The building is not as well maintained as we normally expect from Holiday inn Express. - Paint over the trim. - Very slippery shower. - Window seals are kind of rotted. - Bed was comfortable and the surface is clean, but corners and details are not at a really high level."

"Property needs a lot of rehabilitation specially the bathrooms, parking lot front, they try to charge a 500 Mexican pesos fee to use Holiday Inn swimming pool --Their internet comes and goes because their system is not comparable with the size of the hotel ----For guests that plan to work on their computer from the hotel this place is not for you ---I had to go to nearby Starbucks to use their Wifi(its sad)---If you drive is hard to get out of the gated parking lot because they have to operate the gate from the inside of the hotel and every time you have to walk all the way from parking lot gate to the front desk so they can open the gate ----Free breakfast food is usually cold (eggs ,stew ,beans..etc) stick with fruit and juice Sad to say but For the price to stay at this hotel there are better options ....."
