"Great comfortable rooms for the price. Convenient location for what we were looking for. The restaurant in the hotel is great quick option with friendly service. The bathroom could use an update and the only inconvenience was having to reactivate the room key card every time you left the property. "

"Great hotel great views although the new rooftop staff is rude inconsiderate and just forget else that you have exist. We waited 45 minutes to get our check to leave after waiting to even be served a drink. We even tried to give it a second chance and it was worse the second time. The downstairs bar/lobby has amazing attentive and friendly staff. I recommend the RIU just avoid the new rooftop. "
