Very clean place staff was hopeful bartender 10/10 I didn’t get her name but she very nice welcoming front desk staff not too much I had to ask and tell about my VIP Access most places tells you have access to this and this . I had to ask front desk about parking this was my first time staying at the hotel never been here before I would appreciate if they direct you to everything am assuming that there job But beside me asking all the questions everything els was perfectly fine I was happy with the stay

EXCEPTIONAL! My husband and I travel often and have stayed in many quality hotels, but Hotel Executivo in Guadalajara, Jalisco, was truly top-notch. Starting with the warm, beautiful smiles from every staff member—from the front desk and bellmen to the restaurant and room service staff—everyone was incredibly polite, regardless of the time of day or night. Once we checked in, we found our room to be very nice and clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, which was a welcome relief after a very long day. We will definitely be returning!
