El 22 de febrero acudí con una reservación prepagada confirmada para 3 adultos, realizada a través de Expedia. Ese día la ciudad se encontraba en un contexto extraordinario de seguridad, por lo que intenté comunicarme previamente por teléfono y redes sociales para confirmar disponibilidad, sin obtener respuesta. A pesar de contar con reservación confirmada, al llegar a recepción se me informó que no había habitaciones disponibles y que “debieron haber cancelado”, sin haber recibido notificación previa ni ofrecer una alternativa inmediata. El propio hotel me entregó un documento firmado reconociendo que no pudieron prestar el servicio contratado. Si bien el reembolso fue procesado posteriormente, la falta de comunicación, control de inventario y manejo de la situación generó una experiencia muy poco profesional en un momento delicado
