"Friendly staff, clean room, and wonderful breakfast!"

"I recently stayed at Studio 6 Extended Stay and had a very disappointing experience. The property is extremely worn down and not clean. My room was dirty upon arrival, with unclean cabinets and even a roach in the bathroom. Several advertised amenities were missing or didn’t work; no coffee maker or toaster, and the microwave was broken and never fixed, forcing me to buy my own for my 5-night stay. There was also no silverware or plates, which is unusual for an extended stay. The main ceiling light was also not functional. The shower was poorly designed, with the curtain cutting the space in half, and the water pressure was very weak. The bed was also uncomfortable. Basic operations were frustrating; my room key stopped working every night, so I had to go to the front desk daily to reprogram it. To get fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the lobby instead of having them delivered. The lobby consistently smelled like marijuana, and the parking lot had broken-down cars sitting long-term. There were also late-night disturbances with people arguing, fighting and slamming doors. Overall, this property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. I would not stay here again."

"The staff at this property were wonderful and helpful. The $35 shuttle service is very convenient if you do not want to rent a car . The location of the hotel is also convenient. You can walk to several restaurants and the Tanger Outlets. The cleanliness is only average. The bathroom was not the cleanest and the fan did not work, so anytime my husband or I showered the fire alarm went off because it detected the steam from the shower as smoke. Otherwise, no complaints! We would stay here again. "

"The room was actually fairly clean but the toilet was already plugged with toilet paper and dental floss when I got in there. Really weird! Plus there were some stains on the bedding which was gross but I know it had been washed. "

"The room’s physical condition needed upgrades. It was worn and old. Stayed in Motel 6 several times, this was the worst room. "

"Billed for parking not in hotel description. Room NOT serviced on a daily basis. And hotel has NOT refunded security deposit taken at check-in although room was fully paid in advance. Will not stay at this property again! "

"The whole property looks to be falling apart and just slapped paint over it."
