This is our second stay at AKA WPB. We love the location and the hotel is very well maintained. This time we had glitches with the room keys. We needed to have them programmed every second day. We also had difficulty getting basic local information at the front desk, for example the exact location of the briteline station. We were told to Google it but she couldn’t give details from her Google search. Overall it is a great place to stay in WPB!

We had an amazing stay at AKA Hotel West Palm Beach and can’t recommend it enough! The property itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a calm, upscale feel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to the beach. It made getting around West Palm Beach so easy while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and a special thank you to Aneil and Bradley who went above and beyond for us. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and made our stay that much more memorable. We left feeling relaxed, well taken care of, and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
