"Checked in around 10pm, key left in a drop box in reception- no staff around at all. Booking was for a quadruple room - 1 double & 2 single beds. In reality room had only 2 single beds. None of the contact phone numbers given work so absolutely no chance of getting hold of anyone to sort the situation out. Absolutely disgraceful that 2 guests were left without beds & forced to sleep on the floor overnight. .. Surprise, surprise not able to contact the hotel for an explanation / refund...

"Close enough to the university of West London St Mary road campus as it is only 2 street's away. Be good option for any interviews / auditions or meetings. Shared bathroom and toilet is the only thing which may put you off. Though overall lovely stay "
