"Good location ! Walking distance to Avenue of Stars, TSIM SHA TSUI and A21 airport bus station as well as many shops and restaurants.
Staff are very friendly, room is nice, service is great. Definitely will book it again next time!"

"Hotel was in a very central location, close to everything. The Langham Mall is literally across the hotel and train station was 5 mins walk away.
At first, they couldn’t find our booking when we arrived so there was a delay with checking in, however they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite which is the grandest suite we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff was really friendly and attentive to our young children. We will definitely return again."
"The front desk staff are professional and friendly. They are well trained. They were able to check us in early despite we arrived at the hotel early at 10 AM. The hotel location is super convenient, it is close to a subway station and close to all major shopping areas (Temple Street, Lady Street, and Nathan Road). Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong. The concierge desk staff are super friendly too. Special thanks to Bella and Silva, they really went out their way to take care of us. "
"My four days trip to HK was amazing thanks to all the staffs in Gateway Marco Polo Hotel from the very moment I walked into the hotel and walked out. I travel a lot so I know not every hotel has these kind of staffs that are so detailed and caring. They were helpful in every possible way and their english were also very good so there won't be any problem communicating with them. The room was very clean, spacious and the view out the window was superb. Can't think of one thing that wasn't great about this hotel. I plan to book this hotel for my next visit to Hong Kong again and would highly recommend this place for anyone who plans to travel to HK! :)"
"Despite they don’t have the coin laundry, there are laundry store next to the Manning store at the back street. They charged by weight at reasonable price. That solved my issue.
Also found a microwave in the lobby as room didn’t have one.
Food is good as they have buffet breakfast & welcome drink.
Staff are nice & helping, including the cleaning lady.
I will definitely return.
