"Check in was very easy with friendly staff. Was able to do early, and leave luggage in our room, so we could enjoy the rest of the day around London. Large restaurant for breakfast meant there was plenty of space available. Loads of choice of food, although some of the cooked items were only lukewarm. After checking out we received a call to inform us we'd left an item in the room, so very helpful staff. Only downside was transport. Underground stations are quite a long walk."
