"I really appreciate everything was perfect."

"I only have one fault with the rooms and that was lack of plug sockets. With today’s technology needing charging with 2 in a room it was a struggle. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good with plenty of choice although admittedly the hot food needed to be a lot hotter. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely use again "

"On arrival met by lovely young lady who seeing I was on crutches made sure we had room on first floor as no lifts at this property. We had booked in for Sunday roast which was so good we immediately booked table for the next night. Choice at breakfast was perfect for us. All staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If ever we back in that area we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"I'm gonna say the hotel and staff are really ok, no problems at all. Parking is an issue if you are driving there and when I asked where I could park I was directed to an area that has a "90mins Max" restriction. If we'd gone on the train/underground it would not of been a problem. Reception doubles as a bar, so don't expect a bar area but soft drinks are reasonably priced for London (didn't order any alcohol so don't know). Overall friendly staff, rooms are a little tight but clean and of a decent standard. Outside tacky multi coloured doors do not reflect the higher standard of decor inside the rooms. Floors are a bit wonky as they should be in an old English building and add character. I would stay there again but not if I was driving."

"A box fresh hotel, with fantastic staff and beautiful rooms. They couldnt have done more to make us feel welcome. The whole family really enjoyed staying here an all the little extras made it even better."
