"Check in was a bit disorganised, I'd written to ask for a twin room as it wasn't clear if it was possible on the booking and no one had responded ( although they did after I'd checked in) when I checked in I was told no problem, but the room wasn't ready. When we went back there wasn't a twin ro available and we had to down grade to a black room with no windows to get one, but didn't get a discount. You can use only use the pool area to wait if they aren't full with bookings, we went upstairs for dinner and told we couldn't stay for dinner as they were full. I just think once you book, they should send you a request list to book everythhig so you know. "

"Brilliant stay at a lovely hotel with our toddler who found the hotel magical. The hotel is brilliant and while more expensive compared to other hotels, well worth it. The staff were great and amenities superb. If I had to give some constructive feedback it would be to review the eggs at breakfast - powdered eggs are just not pleasant and for the price I would expect proper eggs. Rest of breakfast was great though! "

"The hotel was clean. The room was really nice. The primary reason for the reduced ratings was the inflexibility of the staff with the check-in time. When I called to see if it was possible to check-in early, I was advised that I could do so if I was willing to pay an additional $200 Swedish dollars. I therefore rode around on the tram for 2 hours and then waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes until the 4:00 p.m. check in time. It is very inconvenient for international travelers to wait until 4:00 p.m. when it was evident that rooms were available earlier for an additional fee."

"A modern and clean hotel. By far the best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. A huge selection of hot and cold food including cooked to order eggs. The gym is adequate but the sauna is small and only open in the evenings, so no early morning saunas. The cocktail bar on the top floor has amazing views, but the bar area itself is small. Most of it is allocated to the restaurant, so if you want a guaranteed seat, you need to book in for dinner."
