The room was not very clean. Blood was left in the shower and twice cleaning cloths were left in our rooms. The fact the pool cost extra was ridiculous and came with restrictions on when children could use the pool. The booking system was ridiculous. The hotel is big and looks good. But the rooms are very cold, we found a sock that wasn’t ours on the side of the bed, indicating that the cleaning was lacking, and the spa was crowded and underwhelming.
