Great location, close to shops, restaurants and local attraction. The first room we were assigned had a broken toilet. The hotel staff was wonderful and quickly moved us to another room. Overall a very nice place to stay with a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would recommend requesting a room in the tower as they are quieter than the rooms in the first two stories of the hotel.

Very kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet with fresh waffles and cream. Spacious clean room. Sauna broken throughout our stay. Hotel advertised as having a pool. However, tiny pool unsuitable for swimming. We had booked the hotel because of those wellness amenities and thus were disappointed. Location ok but not in the centre of town. Good restaurants, supermarket etc nearby.

I almost cancelled the reservation because the hotel looked dirty when we arrived. In hindsight I should have because we now have LICE. It was either from this hotel or the flight. I highly suspect it’s from this hotel. Past reviews mention poor cleaning practices as well. Stay clear!!! The staff and breakfast were great. Not worth live though.

While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel.
