"The room was a little out dated, I found some mold in the bathroom and the shower would not drain properly. But the entrance was nice and it was in Times Square so I was able to walk every where. I loved the area. They did charge a resort fee which I’m not sure what that was for bc I didn’t use any ameni it’s. $30 every night. "

"Excellent, authentic NY Hotel. Not part of the big chain hotels. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Great restaurants. Don’t get too excited about the free grab and go breakfast. I mean, it’s ok for free. But don’t make that a part of your decision. "

"The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, administering to all our requests happily. After the end of our one night stay, my son and I wanted to go on a ferry around the New York coast to see the statue of liberty. The tour ended at one so it meant we could only get back to check out at one thirty, and the staff did not charge us extra. Also, we needed to go to the Greyhound bus terminal and had lots of heavy luggage, and one of the staff gladly helped carry some of our luggage. He also guided us to the terminal. A rooms were small but otherwise clean and tidy. Very nice hotel!"

"Couldn’t access hotel street closed had to park 3 blocks away dirty room sheets dirty garbage in night stand no concierge found and on check out had to walk down 10 flights of stairs with luggage terrible stay never again "
