"The staff members were outstanding. They switched our daughter and granddaughter, who had booked separately, to a room close to ours without having to ask. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The in-room coffee was excellent. This hotel will be at the top of our list on future trips to Chicago."

"This was our second time staying at the Blake. We love the ambiance and the staff. They have the nicest valet parking attendants as well as front desk folks. They take things seriously, but are still super friendly. Very professional. The room was spacious and lovely. We loved the decide that pays hommage to the history of the area. The bathroom was lovely with a big shower and nice decor. The only hiccup was all of the construction in front of their entrance, but that can hardly be helped. Tha KS for a great stay!"
