The room wasn’t ready for 3 hours after check in and was missing sheets. The bathroom tub was sealed shut with electrical tape and there were roaches crawling on the floor.

When i arrived didnt look like the pictures. Then i had to wait 10 minutes for my room as it wasnt even cleaned or ready yet. Got into my room and it was clean enough to stay for the night. No bugs. Some person was screaming on top of her lungs, running around for her key back to whoever she was with. Pounding on the door and floor above us. Super sketchy outside. But the front desk people were very nice! Id stay if i had to rest but thats about it.

Don’t ever stay here - unless you are a trick

There was no stay. This was pay by the hour prostitute hotel. I arrived with my wife and we were tired and it was over two hour drive to get home so we agreed to take a room. When we got in the room it was the second worse hotel I have ever seen and there was a used condom still in the trash. Doubt they do anything but quickly put the bed back together after it’s “use”

Door had only pieces of the number on the door, Door handle wobbled like it might fall off. I found trash lying about the room. Pieces of soap in tub drain, tub has weird red spot in it (we refused to shower in the room). Sink had trash (paper, toothpaste cap) shoved down in it. One light fixture didn't work. The heat strip was located at the ceiling so the heat floated in a layer in the top half of the room.

Literally just needed a place to sleep for 5 hours and this was an easy spot to lay my head. It’s not the cleanest, it’s not the friendliest, but it got the job done. 50 dollars was better than the 120-140/night places

Poorly maintained

Toilet flushing was poor, toilet seat was clean but looked dirty some with tub. Security lock on door was broken. Microwave had no plate inside, handle was broken on Microwave it didn't heat frozen meals well. We asked for a replacement Microwave the next morning as we checked in late night the guy at the desk said we should have reported on check in that it didn't work. Floors felt dirty when you walked on them in just your socks. No stopper for the sink or tub. The only plus was that the heat worked great. Tv was a joke 3-4 watchable channels

The rooms was nasty not up to par. our bathroom was dirty from somebody else. soap was used, the bed was laid on. burn holes in the cover. talked to the manager and he has a nasty attitude and rude. i could not believe it. all of this for 265!! No Way! Never Again Worst Stay.

Itried to stay two weeks before reservation. I checked in but it was do bad went to desk twenty minutes larer to get money back. They said no only had ten minutes. I took oictures of room and call AMX to complain I asked desk whrn i left to cancel the reservation for this weekend. They refused.

Hell NO !! RUN!!!

This was the worst booking I've ever done. I will not be using hotel.com again. I was expecting a walk up lodging facilities..instead its a motel of the worse kind. People hanging in parking lot. First room was not even clean. Second room had two beds instead of one. Also roaches where seen in bathroom.
