The staff was very nice!!! The hotel is very outdated. Furniture is old & needs to be replaced. Jetted tub is even older. The bed literally had cobwebs on the frame & hair in the bed. Rooms had AC but the lobby did not. Again very pleasant staff but hotel needs a serious update

Extremely kind staff, we felt at ease with his warm welcome! We were able to check in & out quickly which was amazing for my odd travel times. Our room was clean but we could suggest that upgrades to areas like elevator, hallways, and bathrooms would definitely make our review 10/10. Worth booking for the price!

This hotel appears to serve more of a transient population than that of business or leisure travelers. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous, however, there are quite a few maintenance and cleanliness issues with the property. Our room was missing a ceiling light fixture in the entry way; did not have an operable safe; had quite a bit of debris on many areas of the floor; and had a couch in it that we would not sit on due to its filthy state. Our rating for cleanliness would be 0 out of 5 if that were possible. The hotel also charged us $100 for "incidentals" and assured us this amount would be refunded within 3 to 5 days following check out. It has now been 6 days since check out and we have not seen a refund. We followed up with the hotel today and were informed that the refund will be issued either tomorrow or the next day. We will follow up each day with them until such time it is received, otherwise, we will seek legal recourse. The biggest issue we experienced, however, were bed bugs which left about 15 welts on my husband's neck, back, arms and fingers. While the bites are finally healing, the memory of this hotel stay will remain with us for quite some time, as it was anything but a pleasant experience.

The staff is great but.... This location is a "licensed" location meaning that they aren't subject to the normal quality standards. Our TV in the room didn't work. The flooring in the tub is damaged so it feels like you're going to fall through the tub The room had no fridge so we had to keep buying ice due to thei ice machine being down. The pool is a joke lol. There is a $100 deposit that isn't mentioned during the booking of the room. As I said before, the staff is great and polite but the building needs some extreme love and care to be considered a food place to stay.

The place is run down. Many dings and patches in the walls that are not painted. Bathroom door was cracked, bench fabric was falling apart. Bathroom had sticky stuff on counter with hair stuck to it. Pool was open but had film on top and was cold. Staff was very friendly, especially the lady that overseen the breakfast. Convenient location.

2.5/5 stars. The one bright spot was the woman who helped me after I accidentally booked the wrong date. She quickly fixed my reservation and was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience has been disappointing. The front desk agent who checked me in wasn’t very welcoming, and while the room looked okay at first, I found used washcloths hanging in the shower and no clean washcloths or face towels. That immediately made me question whether the room had been cleaned properly. I called the front desk and was told housekeeping would bring clean towels, but no one ever came. After waiting an hour, I went downstairs, where I was first offered hand towels because they claimed they had no washcloths. Eventually, they found two clean ones, but only after another guest overheard the conversation. The dirty towels also remained in my room until I asked about them. The hotel could definitely use updating, and the water pressure is terrible. I also booked the jetted tub room expecting a separate soaking tub, but it’s just a standard shower/tub combo. The listing should include better photos so guests know what they’re reserving. The area is quiet, which is a plus, but after only a few hours here, I’m not impressed.
