"This is the first hotel at which I have stayed that offers an early arrivals lounge. As someone who arrived at the hotel at 8 AM with check-in not available until 3 PM, it was fabulous to have a place to stay that provided coffee, water and cookies. I also greatly appreciated to get the call at 11 AM that I could get into my room. Whenever I go to the Sydney opera, this will be the hotel where I will stay!"

"The staff were amazing. Very helpful and polite. Best I have ever dealt with. The room was nice. Very comfortable bed. I love the Pillow menu idea where you can choose your pillow type. The fridge was a bit small. Could not fit any bottles standing up. The pool was lovely but the lounges could of done with a clean and wiping over to remove spider webs."
