Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Location is really very good. One side is the F&B dinning at Darling Harbour, another side is the town area. However, staff service needs to be improved. Listing on Expedia said 3 king beds available but there were only 2 king beds on-site. They agreed to offer free breakfast throughout our stay but there were still charges to our bill and dispute by staff when we checked out. Although the beds were made daily, the room floors and rubbish were also uncleaned/uncleared for many days until we requested for cleaning.
