This hotel was beautifully decorated and restored, rooms were fantastic BUT small for two people-VERY TiGHT! Staff were okay polite and respectful, but all seemed to be students or backpackers. The night the fire alarm sounded at 2:15am no one seemed to know why . Getting staff to understand questions in English had to be repeated at least twice. Otherwise the hotel is fabulous if you like to repeat yourself and like small rooms.

The location was perfect for us and our plans. It was easy to catch a Ferry or bus to wherever we wanted to go, there were a lot of different food options and shopping areas that we were able to access easily by walking. I wish the room was a little bigger. Everything and everyone at the hotel were very helpful and clean. I would stay there again.

Nice convenient boutique hotel.

The location is excellent. Near Chinatown and the Darling Harbor. Easy to walk to most places and light rail is 1 block from the hotel. I had a smaller 1 person room but it was perfect for what I needed and wanted.
