"The staff here is incredible, especially for what's probably considered to be value hotel. This was my second stay at a pod location, previously I stayed at Pod 39 and at both locations my room was ready when I arrived - hours before the official check in time - which after a long day of travel is such a wonderful surprise. The hotel is also quiet, some places I've stayed you can hear other doors opening and closing at all times of the night waking me up but not the case here at all. The room was kept so clean by the housekeeping team and was stocked very well throughout the entire stay. One down side is that there's no streaming services, just regular cable, but you're in NYC so who really needs that anyway?!?! It was nice to have additional communal bathrooms in the hallway for each person to get ready at the same time. Also, I wish the AC worked a little better, it stayed on and kicked out air but it shot straight up to the ceiling instead of out into the room so I had to keep it on constantly to keep the room comfortable but it wasn't a deterrent for me coming back. Lastly, located within 5 minutes walking to both the E Train and the 6 Line so getting around most parts of Manhattan was easy and light traffic on the street made transportation by car convenient as well. Thank you again for a great week, can't wait to come back!!"
"I loved that this hotel was right in the action of the city, but we felt very safe. It was great to only take a taxi to and from the airport for a quick weekend visit. Our main mission was Hamilton, and it's a quick walk to Richard Rogers Theatre. "
"I had an incredible experience with the security team at [Hotel Name] in New York. I misplaced my designer sunglasses during my stay, and their staff went above and beyond to help. Not only did they locate my missing item quickly, but they also arranged to have it securely shipped all the way back to me in Georgia. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guests truly stood out, and I couldn’t be more grateful. It’s rare to see this level of care and attention—thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!
