"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower.
The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. Between the swimming pool and the room is a childrens swimming pool with a lot of noise, mainly from music. The view on the...

"Loved my villa with private pool. The room was spacious, only thing missing was a kitchen then would be complete for long term stay. Lived the private pool great to go swimming any time i want. But i did encounter tons of bats flying over pool in last night which scared the life of of me. Needless to say i cut my swim short. "The villa, the food, the professional staff, and the properties beautiful gardens, facilities and grounds were excellent. The breakfast was excellent and memorable. Though a shuttles and rides to island sites could be arranged, we only used a driver once and the driver was thoughtful, safe and informative. We rented a car for the week and experienced moped mania on the many small roadways…without incident or accident safely; however, if you never driven on the left side of the roadway or not use to bumper to bumper traffic during rush hours 8am-6pm then renting a moped if you plan on visiting a lot of places to include eating out in restaurants highly rated. We navigated through everything well so no issues or complaints."
"We only stayed one night here in the first week of May. The weather was very good, light shower at night sun during the day. We chose this because of the proximity to the safari park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very prompt to communicate through WhatsApp. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they held our luggage and took us by golf cart to the onsite restaurant on the beach. The menu was large with local and other Asian cuisine. Alcohol and food was priced very fair and with the USD exchange rate was a bargain. The atmosphere was lovely sitting Oceanside. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning which had plenty of options. Our room was near the front desk and they will offer you a ride to the restaurant but if you walk it is less than 5 minutes. They also gave us a ride to the safari park, but warning it’s by golf cart on the main roadway. This hotel is not walking distance to anything major but was a very pleasant stay for our first night in Bali. I would book this again."
"Very nice, clean resort in a quiet area, still easy walk to a choice of restaurants and shops. Unique pool area with deck chairs on sand around the pool with ocean views. Good buffet breakfast in dining area. Only small faults is hot water pressure in showers and beach in front of resort not ideal for swimming due to shallow water and currents. Otherwise perfect stay!!"

Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday.
